Why You Should Be Taking A Synbiotic

Updated: Mar 18, 2020

Health supplements on the market are plenty and available. You may have heard of probiotics and even prebiotics, both of which can be very beneficial to your gut microbiome.

Probiotics are live microorganisms that help improve/restore the gut flora, while prebiotics help induce the growth or activity of those beneficial microorganisms.

You are a superorganism.”

However, a supplement that combines both probiotics and prebiotics in a synergistic harmony, now, that’s known as a synbiotic.

Synbiotics are a supplement that I, and a few other members at WorldWave, began to add into our diets especially when traveling. This helps prepare our bodies for bacteria in the air, food or drink in any type of environment we venture to.

Furthermore, the beneficial bacteria in probiotics along with vitamins/minerals in your diet goes a long way for your immune system. Any traveler will tell you that maintaining the best health on the road is optimal for enjoyment.

This led me to Seed. I consume the supplement daily before my first meal as a warmup for bacteria to siphon through my gut.

We are, by definition, an ecosystem.”

And the benefits have been noticeable to say the least. More energy, reduced bloating, and better metabolism are just a few of the changes I’ve experienced.

Many of the products out there do not test the strains of microorganisms in the probiotics. Whatever products you end up putting into your body, make sure to do your research. The reliability of a supplement is so important for optimal health.

More information regarding synbiotics and the most impactful information on them could be found on Seed’s Website.
